Do I need to write my own script?

While it is recommended that you write your own script - you know your business the best, after all - our scriptwriters can work with you to create, develop, and revise your scripts.

Can I be the actor on my own site? Can you film me?

Yes and yes. If you want to be in your own video, we can make arrangements with one of our studio partners in your area. If you don’t see a studio in your area on our online map, we can usually find one within a short period of time. Remember, all of our videos are shot with high-definition cameras in professional green-screen studios, and all of our partner studios are required to meet the same high standard of quality.

How do I get my video to play on my website?

We give you one line of HTML code to place in the web page where the video will play.

Do you host the videos?

We host our videos so you don’t have to. We have a global network of servers to insure fast delivery around the globe. We do allow you to host your own videos if you wish; however, be advised that delivering video is much different than just text and graphics, and hosting the video yourself may pose reliability and speed issues.

How do I get started?

Simply use our contact form, or call us. We will discuss your goals and formulate a video script with you. If you already have your script, simply go to our order page to submit it, and our production department will get back to you as soon as possible.

Yes. You can use as many actors as you wish in any video. This technique is particularly helpful to engage website visitors and grabbing their attention.
